We maintain mold-making facility in our plant equipped to handle all types of mold making requirements.
We have made injection molds for all length of production life cycle from short-run prototype tooling to >1,000,000 cycle tooling.
We have made injection molds for a broad range of part designs such as:
- Typical molded parts in single and multi cavity molds
- Parts requiring complex, multi-directional pulls mechanical and hydraulic
- Parts that are insert-molded (where metal inserts are placed into the mold for over-molding)
- Parts that are over-molded (parts that are molded then placed into a second mold for over-molding.

We have been designing and building injection molds since 1990.
However the realities of today’s global economy cannot be ignored.
In an effort to provide an economical alternative to our customers we have developed relationships with mold making companies in China.
We will always offer our customers the choice of where their molds are made.
Mold maintenance, repairs and modifications are done in our own facility thereby eliminating unnecessary delays and extra costs of returning molds to manufacturers.
