We currently operate a total of 7 molding machine presses that range in size from 75 US ton to 450 US ton with shot capacity of up to 1650 grams (60oz).
We currently mold parts that:
- range in weight from 0.1 gram to 1550 grams
- range in surface size from 1cm2 to 2850cm2 (0.1875 in2 to 441 in2)
We have delivered production runs that range in quantity from < 50 pieces to > 1,000,000 pieces.

We have experience with a broad range of thermoplastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, acetal, TPU, TPE etc.
We have experience with insert-molding and over-molding of plastic-to-metal and plastic-to-plastic.
Being a relatively small factory we are able to exercise the flexibility to:
- Closely monitor the quality of what we produce
- Quickly adapt to meet new requirements for a particular product
- Readily implement new processes or technology to meet the needs of our customers
